Charlotte Conley

Hello, I am Charlotte, I am the Rural Minsitries Coordinator and Youth Worker.

I have lived in Devon for 10 years. Until recently, I worked as an Occupational Therapist in Paediatrics, Adolescent Mental Health, and Eating Disorder teams throughout my career. I felt God asking me to leave the NHS and felt called to work with children and young people in our community.

In our local church, I lead the children’s ministry for the primary age group, which is a lot of fun!

I have just started a Master’s degree in Theology, Ministry and Mission, specialising in Children, Young People and Families. When I’m not studying, I love spending time with my family. I enjoy creating—particularly painting—and exploring the beautiful South Hams.

I love working with children and young people and am passionate about seeing their lives transformed by encounters with Jesus. I feel an urgency to equip young Christians so they can have confidence to share their faith.
